These take a variety of forms: large link libraries, online philosophy texts and magazines, information about philosophy events, and so on.   For 'hard copy' books, you might like to check out this little-known local  philosophical gem - the Lithgow Regional Library - which has (for a municipal library) an extraordinarily wide range of philosophy books.
